About Us

Our Story

Huckleberry Behavioral Solutions is a small business with a warm, family feel. Huckleberry was founded by Whitney Young because she saw a gap between clinical ABA care and quality and meaningful engagement with her clients. Huckleberry's foundational belief is that all individuals should be given a voice and the choice to live the life they wish to live. At Huckleberry, we strive to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by giving them the power to use their own voice. With a focus on quality care and giving our clients the tools they need to communicate their needs, Huckleberry was created as a way to bridge the gap between science backed treatment and a caring, ethical implementation of care.

Our Team

Our team of experts consist of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and
Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs). Meet our team of behavior specialists:
Our owner, Whitney Young, started in the Applied Behavior Analysis field as a registered behavior technician after graduating from Washington State University with a bachelor's in psychology in 2014. Whitney spent time gaining experience in the field working with children aged 2-18 and quickly discovered how impactful ABA can be on the lives of her clients. After working in school, in home and in clinic for 4 years, Whitney decided that a career in ABA was what she was meant to do. Whitney attended Arizona State University and graduated with her Master's in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February 2022. Whitney currently lives in Seattle with her husband and two small children.
